Quang Kee was a Chinese immigrant who arrived at Tombstone in 1879 and became partners with Ah Sing and Sing's wife known as China Mary in Tombstone who were
already owners of the restaurant. Kee would take over the everyday operations and turned it into a fine Chinese restaurant. He would also serve steak and ham. It was well furnished and customers included the likes of Curly Bill Brocius, Billy Clanton, and Wyatt Earp
